Delirium--final update

I finished it!  I was surprised at how much I liked it.  I had a feeling it would be more of a love story, and while it certainly has that in there, it seems more to be about Lena (the main character) learning the truth about her world and herself, and about making choices that can and do affect you for the rest of your life.  Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous.

    I love books where the main character falls in love, but it's not the only thing in the book

    That part sort of reminds me of the Hunger Games--there is the "who should I love" issue, but there is a bigger conflict that really takes center-stage. As opposed to Twilight. ;)

    I think you'd like it--there's definitely an element of doing-what-society-tells-you vs. doing-what-your-heart-tells-you in it.
