Matched
I started reading Delirium yesterday, and I was immediately interested. It reminds me of a book called Matched, which is about a girl whose Society makes all the choices for people in their world, including who you will marry. A glitch happens, she sees another guy's face, and then suddenly she's left wondering if indeed she should marry the person Society has chosen for her, or if the other person was really a glitch after all. Crossed is the next book in the series.
